Spoon Therapy Essentials
The Spoon Therapy Essentials is taught over two 3.5 hour sessions by Kaye Lee, the creator of the method. The video recording is available to stream online, it is not a live program.
- Overview
- Testimonials
Spoon therapy was created to solve three problems:
- Nearly no one has time to do healing for the people they want to help.
- Many healing methodologies require intense focus, which can be tiring.
- When someone close needs healing, the healing process has to be done in a chaotic and stressful environment.
After much testing and development, this deceptively simple and surprisingly effective method was born.
The first case study of spoon therapy was someone recovering from Covid who was coughing badly. After sending energy for 15 minutes, the cough cleared up and breathing became much easier.
Spoon healing is unique because it allows the healer to relax and recover whilst healing.
For a well-trained spoon therapist, it takes under a minute or two to set the tone, and then move the spoon. After that, the healer can mainly use the movement of the spoon (in either hand – you can switch hands if necessary) to maintain the energy flow. The healer can relax, listening to music, watching an inspirational movie, or even just meditate. The energy flow will continue without the need for intense focus.
A* suffered from long-term sleep apnea, and uses a machine every night to supply oxygen if he stops breathing. After receiving spoon healing sessions twice (under 30 minutes each), the machine score went to a safe level, stayed there for most nights, and has remained so since.
Why a Spoon?
This is the key tool used in spoon healing. Using a spoon helps ensure that:
- The healer does not take on unnecessary energies when healing.
- Energy does not have to run through and disrupt the healer’s own field when healing, so the healer can rest or do healing even in a distracted or passive state.
- Using an object helps the healer’s mind to focus more easily. Where attention goes, energy flows. Moving a spoon is easy, but it certainly uses attention!
All spoon healing is done remotely. The healer does not have to dress up or talk to the person receiving healing. She can simply find a small window of time to do the healing during the day. A variation can be done even when walking or going about the day.
Not Just a Placebo
M* was told she would receive a spoon healing session, but only when the healer was available. Due to time zone differences, this happened on a random night whilst she was asleep. She woke up exceptionally refreshed early in the morning just as the healing was completed. Her glucose monitor also showed a significant change in glucose levels as the healing was being done. This suggests that this is not just a placebo effect.
This is invaluable for people who:
- Have a person in need of healing in the family, but are too frazzled at the end of the day to provide that support.
- Only have a few minutes here and there in the day to send healing energy. (Spoon healing can be as brief as a few minutes, done in intervals.)
- Want a simple way to approach healing without having to analyse too much.
A Simple Method to Learn, Taught Online in 7 Short Hours
In this class you will learn how to:
- Send energy with a spoon to anyone who needs it, in a matter of minutes.
- Sensitise yourself quickly to energy, and to sense energy at a distance.
- Clear energy blockages in the energy field that impede healing.
- Send healing messages to the body to release stress and tension.
- Clear chakra energies and restore them to balance.
- Work with stuck emotions in the organs using specific colours and sounds.
- Repair the energy field around people and protect from future damage.
- Activate key energy points related to specific issues.
- Clear the Small Universe energy channels and energise them so energy flows.
Small Universe is a revered ancient Chinese method comprising two key energy channels in the body. Qigong masters believe that if the energy in the Small Universe circuit is correctly regulated and flowing, many major illnesses will be alleviated.
What Type of Spoon Should I Use for the course?
The best spoon for this is a stainless steel tablespoon, although Kaye likes to use larger serving spoons sometimes. Stainless steel appears to be a reasonably good conductor of energy, without being prone to too much feedback. Some other materials, such as copper, seem to have too much feedback to them, which may distract sensitive people.
For advanced work, wooden spoons or those made from synthetic materials can be used to further limit energy backflow from an ill client. However, this is not recommended early on if the spoonworker has not become proficient at sensing. It is more difficult to sense with these materials. Overall, the basic stainless steel spoon is best, and the spoonworker can wrap the handle in cling wrap to limit feedback further if they find it too distracting, although this will rarely be the case.
