Just to give you some feedback. I have more movement in my right foot, my

I really enjoyed the workshop and got so much out of it. Having great fun with the energy over the last 2 days, especially the toning and think that is an area I will look into further. My sister’s sciatica flared up really badly yesterday funnily enough, so I sent her energy this morning for an hour and she practically jumped out of bed so that is fantastic.
Karina is a “real” teacher who conveys the technique easily and effortlessly. I am amazed at how easy the techniques were and how great it made me feel. It was very powerful and I see myself using it and blending it with other techniques, it is very practical and grounding.
I feel it will also keep me focused on positive creation, this is something I can use in manifesting changes in my life. I also see it as bringing a healing resolution to my belief work with clients – it will work beautifully with that.
