Happy New Year and welcome to 2010!
A new year brings forth the energy of creation and the opportunity to create an entirely new vision for yourself.
Did you know that:
Your skin is completely replaced every 30 days, the cells in your blood stream will be replaced in the year 2010, and so will every bone in your body.
This is called cellular regeneration.
The trillions of cells in your body will respond to your self talk and thoughts in 2010 so start this year as you mean to go on and bring the vision you have for yourself and your body into the now. I have spent the last few years using energy healing therapies and practices. I have yet to find a technique that impresses me more than Quantum Touch (QT).
